This will keep you strong so that you can fight the stress and tension that you get everyday in life. If you are having a hard time fighting this on your own, even with the videos and tapes and the exercising you may have to visit your family doctor and see what he can do for you.

Your doctor may hook you up with a support group. Support groups can be found in all areas of the country. Check with the hospital as they might be able to help you find a support group. You have to be strong or stress will control you and won't let you go until you die.
